Add the cold brew grounds to your Brew and Go as per recipe (approx 3/4 cup of grounds to 1 litre of water)

Brew

Fill carafe with cold water and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-16 hours (overnight)

Remove the main filter, replace the lid, push down to seal and pour. Enjoy cold brew bliss. Store in the refrigerator.

How much coffee and water should I use?

For a smooth black ready to drink brew, we recommend 2/3 cup of cold brew roast to 1 litre of water. Our team all use varying amounts for a stronger or concentrate if you want to add milk.

How long should I steep for the best flavour?

For the best brew steep for 10 hours but no longer than 15 hours. As soon as we use our last glass, we wash and have ready for my next brew, then we make it at dinner time, ready for the next morning.

Can I brew tea or infused water too?

You sure can- our extra fine double filter is great for tea. You can also use hot water, as the carafe is made with heat resistant glass.

Is the Brew & Go dishwasher safe?

It is, however the logo may fade or come off with a dishwasher. We recommend using warm soapy water and a sponge or brush.

How do I prevent over-steeping?

Once your brew is ready, take off the lid and unscrew the filter and remove the grounds. Pop the lid back on and back into the fridge. Wash the filter under running water.
