Researched and designed on our own kitchen bench, brewed slowly, and made for the part of the morning that belongs to you.
We get it, we love cold brew too. But somewhere between the queue, the $7 cup and the paper straw, the best part of the day started to feel like an errand.
So we built the brewer we wanted on our own bench: borosilicate glass, stainless steel, a dual filter and a soft silicone sleeve. Twelve to sixteen hours in the fridge, one litre in the morning, around $1 a glass. No machine, no pods, no mess.
Created on our own bench in Sydney
The first Brew and Go was a mason jar and a lot of patience. We kept the patience and fixed everything else, the grit, the guesswork, the second dish to wash. What stayed is the part we liked: the waiting.
Two years and a lot of ruined mornings later, the brewer's pour system is patented. Every part of it exists because something earlier annoyed us.
Every detail is designed with you in mind. If you pause to brew, you make space to glow.
Four promises, and the materials to back them up.
Cold steeped, never rushed. Smooth enough to drink black, gentle enough to drink daily.
Papua New Guinean and Colombian beans, responsibly sourced. Carbon conscious roasting.
Borosilicate glass and stainless steel, so nothing leaches into your brew.
Made to sit on the bench, not in a cupboard. The best products are the ones you actually use.
One brewer, two blends. Pick the pair that suits your afternoon and we will send it from Sydney tomorrow.

Love! Love! Love!

This is a really smooth brew. I used to make hot coffee then refrigerate, but this is so much better. Finally a cold brew decaf I can enjoy.

This is the best! So easy. I make it the night before and it's ready when I wake up.
