Your brew, answered with care

Rinse the dual filter under running water after every brew and give the carafe a wash with warm soapy water. Once a week, run the glass and filter through the dishwasher. The silicone sleeve slides off for a deeper clean.

The borosilicate glass handles heat, so it will not crack. That said, the filter and ratios are built for a cold twelve-hour steep, and hot water through a cold brew grind comes out thin.

Airtight, out of the light, at room temperature. Not the fridge, where the grounds pick up moisture and every other smell in there.

Up to two weeks in the fridge with the lid sealed, though it is at its sweetest in the first week. A full litre is four glasses, so most people are well ahead of that.

About ¾ cup of cold brew grounds into the dual filter, one litre of cold water over the top, lid on and into the fridge. Twelve to sixteen hours later, lift the filter out and pour.

Our house recipe is roughly ¾ cup of grounds to one litre of cold water. Drop to ⅔ cup for a lighter brew you can drink black, or go to a full cup when you want it to stand up to milk.

Twelve to sixteen hours is the window. Shorter and it tastes thin; past about twenty the sweetness goes flat, so more grounds is a better lever than more time.

Yes. Cold steeping in the fridge is what keeps the brew clean and drops the acidity by around 70%. Steeping at room temperature is not the same drink.

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Glass travels well in our packaging, but if it does not survive the trip that is on us.

Thirty days to change your mind, brewed or not. Get in touch and we will organise the return.

Tell us what arrived and we will send the right one straight away, with a prepaid label for whatever turned up by mistake.
